Ricky Manning
Assistant State Treasurer
Director, Bond and Collateral Division
A graduate of Millsaps College, Ricky has 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Before working at the Treasurer's office, Ricky worked in New York as an Equity Trader for what is now known as the Bank of New York Mellon. Ricky graduated with a B.A. from Millsaps College and he received an advanced degree from Mississippi College in Accounting. He is active in his church, Habit
for Humanity, Boy Scouts of America, and his family. Ricky is married to Shannon Manning. They have two children: Nicholas (9) and Tucker (5).
